Reversing miles credited
I flew AC, and I wanted a segment credited to UA but my MX number was in the system. I tried to change it at the gate but the agent told me to board as he was overloaded with bumped passengers. After my flight I sent off a claim to MX for other segments and requested they not credit this AC flight. I then sent off to UA asking for miles for this flight.
Now MX credited it. What can I do? Could MX reverse it? Would UA then credit it?

Hi goodo,
i've found MX very good, email them at [email protected] and they should correct it for you. try the webchat if u need further help. i've had no problem having them add or remove credits appropriately.
