But... you have not been honoring previous opt-out requests -- the opt-out email address bounced.

Are you confirming that you will now be providing a working opt-out email, instead of what did appear to be a dummy one?

Our tech team provided the following report: "A mail configuration setting was changed after the opt-out form passed QA. This config change caused optout emails to bounce for the first few hours until it was fixed. The TalkMail opt out form should be working normally."

We apologize for any hassle this caused, and opting out has since been available to anyone so interested.
