So, does this service exist anymore?
I posted a request almost 72 hours ago and I have received no response even though a credit was taken from my account.

Maybe it's time to take his "company representative" status away. He hasn't posted on FT in 13 months, and that was after his prior absence of 9 months,

I was out of credits in my account, so purchased another 3 for $5.99. I then submitted a request and one credit was deducted from my account. That was 5 days ago, and no response so far. I wonder if I should protest the charge to my AMEX?
