Long story short, let's just say it is a major service issue, still being worked on.
Keep the faith brother, it'll get worked out.

Let's hope the new site is a good upgrade and still works well. I hope priceline haven't fixed up anything on the backend which prevents bidpricecheck from working.
It legitimately helped save me some money but priceline surely must be onto it

Dear All,
We are still working on this issue. But at the same time, we would like to make sure our users are satisfied with our service. If you have purchased points and still have points left in your account, and would like to get a refund for these points, we will surely process the refund. Thank you all for your support.
Best regards,
coolwulf

I had some credits in my account when the service ceased. I think it is now time to ask for a refund.

Why was the site down the last two months?
Don't think that's ever been answered.

At the end of October, BidPriceCheck got attacked by an unknown source and part of our database got damaged and it took us a while to recover everything but some of user accounts got affected. This is the main reason the site got down.
