The one thing that really bothered me about the NRT F Lounge was the amenities in the bathroom, or lack thereof. They didn't even have lotion / hand cream (I was there in Dec 2008 & Jan 2009), and when I asked the customer service people for it, they said they don't actually provide that. They recommended that I wait and get it on the plane -- well guess what, none on the JAL plane I was on either. Come on, it was just a little lotion! I don't get why they can give free massages but not even lotion.

Overall, very nice positive experience. Having recently tried Sydney Qantas F lounge, CX's F in HKG, and JAL's NRT, I'm hard pressed to pick a favourite.
Maybe Qantas Syd by a fraction because the wait staff taking your order from a great menu is really nice.
(And CX's buffet was superb on the day we were there).

We're flying AA LAX-NRT and then JL NRT-ICN for a positioning flight to start an ex-ICN DONE4. Sadly, the schedule doesn't look like we'll have lounge time in NRT (outbound: arrive 4:40 PM, depart 6:10 PM; return: arrive 2:45 PM, depart 4:50, which might allow some time).

hmm ok .. I need to freshen up on my flyertalk messaging... I know I am late in replying but NRT was very wonderful and spacious and relaxing.. but YES I do remember the lack of lotion! small and trival but at the same time so important!
I loved the massage and massage chairs.. and also having a glass or few of champagne while overlooking all the JAL aircrafts..
PM me if you want pictures
