DONE4 ex MNL

I am planning a DONE4 ex MNL, and am keen to get some comments on my itinerary

sector segment leg stop
MNL-HKG 1 Asia 1
HKG-PEK 2 Asia 2 *
PEK-HKG 3 Asia 3
HKG-SYD 4 Inter-continent *
SYD-PER 5 SWP 1 *
PER-DRW 6 SWP 2 *
DRW-ADL 7 SWP 3 *
ADL-BNE 8 SWP 4 *
BNE-LAX 9 Inter-continent
LAX-DFW 10 NAM 1
DFW-SMF 11 NAM 2 *
SMF-DFW 12 NAM 3
DFW-SAN 13 NAM 4 *
SAN-BOS 14 NAM 5 *
BOS-MIA 15 NAM 6 *
MIA-LHR 16 Inter-continent
LHR-BCN 17 EUR 1 *
BCN-MXP surface sector
MXP-LHR 18 EUR 3
LHR-HKG 19 Inter-continent
HKG-MNL 20 Asia 4

Given that I want to book and ticket it fairly soon, can anyone give me an email address for the CX office in the Philippines?

Looking forward to the comments, albeit nervously....

There's a problem here. If BCN-MXP is really an air segment, as shown, then you have one too many (21 total). Otherwise it looks ok, except for the SFW typo.

Thanks Viajero. I have edited my post to reflect changes to the typo and to show that the BCN-MXP is a surface sector.

I don't suppose that I could change the continent order and go from the south west pacific to Europe first, and then back to Asia via the US? For some reason I thought that it might be backtracking. I would have to be careful to use a single segment to get to Europe.

Most of CX's offices will not accept a booking as such, and just to issue the ticket without you being there to sign your creditcard.

There is also some strange tax that is attached to tickets originating in Manila.

Better try calling them first in MNL. Look up cathaypacific.com

http://www.cathaypacific.com/cpa/en_...countryCode=PH

My suggestion - do your entire booking in your home country ie Australia? Then with the record locator, call CX MNL up and tell them you want to issue the ticket there.. they will then advise you accordingly.

Just a short word of warning, I visited CX office in MNL last year (I think just after they had been relocated) as I needed them to touch my DONE ticket a bit, it was a total madhouse without any priority etc. for OW elites, well over 100 people (waiting numbers) in the place, others screaming, others sleeping. Reserve some time should you need to visit that office. I really hope it's not such a circus always and I just hit them on a bad day...

oh, that wasn't a bad day, that was probably average. With CX being the largest foreign carrier in the Philippines, you'd think that they'd get a bigger office.

In my experience, it's far easier to just call the CX office in Manila. The numbers are posted on their website.
