I realize that this post is not really appropriate for this thread, but I was hoping someone could give me a link to a tool or explanation of the Sabre readout posts at the beginning of this thread?

I am new to this place and would really like to know what I was looking at there.

Thanks!

I still can't help but wonder why MRU isn't added to this list. It is also a deadend.

Yep, there was a change on Aug 15, following is an excerpt from the CX (.xls) rules as published then:
Code:
Within Australia - only one nonstop/single plane service flight is permitted between the following points
BNE/CNS/SYD/MEL - PER
MEL/SYD - BME
MEL/SYD - DRW
Exception - No restriction between SYD/MEL - PER for passengers originating in PER
when in conjunction with travel to/from - JNB/BOM/SHA/PEK.
          - No restriction between SYD/MEL - PER for passengers originating in New Zealand
when in conjunction with travel to/from - JNB
So, either this change has been reversed, or there has been a misentry.

Thanks for all your hard work. But as I understand it, it's just as interesting for an AONE3 as it was before...

Slovenia and Djibouti are indeed problematic, as no oneworld carriers fly there. The Djibouti prices were still in kanebear's star file, whereas the Slovenia prices come from the oneworld RTW planning tool. I probably should remove them, as they're somewhat useless at the moment.

As for the HKD or USD vs EGP issue, it's moot. The HKD is pegged to the USD, so it follows the USD's moves exactly.

star file downloadable too

In addition to the spreadsheet, I also consolidated kanebear's raw starfile snippets into a single text file for your downloading pleasure.
