Very helpful RTW booking agent
I just finished booking and ticketing two RTW itineraries (D) with an extremely helpful person at the BA offices in the Netherlands. After using the OW validator and taking tips from here, she was able to book and ticket in record time. She also knew all the rules spot on, as opposed to most everyone else I have spoken to at BA, QF and AA. She booked us into AA 'First' Class without argument, had excellent suggestions when one routing would not work or there was lack of availability, and was very efficient and seemed to know her stuff. Furthermore, the rest of the staff in the office (including those in Bremen) seemed to know to direct me to her the moment I started talking about my RTW itinerary.
On suggestion of moderators to not post personal contact details of employees, if anyone wants to PM me, I can provide specific contact details, and you can be spared the hassle of dealing with unknowledgable and incompetent people.

Thanks for the info, but two quick questions. Were your itineraries ex-AMS (or ex- anywhere else in Holland)? How was their English (I assume of very high standard, like many Dutch people ^ )?

My itineraries were both ex-Southern Africa. She priced everything and then sent them to the offices down south to be paid for, as per her suggestion because it would save several hundred euro. So she did not seem limited by being in AMS, which was especially helpful because everyone we spoke to in SA about RTW seemed totally incompetent and no one knew of anybody who had experience with these fares.
