Sorry I forgot that one... although I spoke Dutch to her, her English (when I first started speaking with her) was excellent. All the BA staff in the Netherlands and the Bremen offices speak flawless English.
My itineraries were both ex-Southern Africa. She priced everything and then sent them to the offices down south to be paid for, as per her suggestion because it would save several hundred euro. So she did not seem limited by being in AMS, which was especially helpful because everyone we spoke to in SA about RTW seemed totally incompetent and no one knew of anybody who had experience with these fares.
