If your Emerald status is via AA or AS, only if there is another flight following your AS flight that takes you somewhere outside of US, Canada, Mexico (except Mexico City), the Bahamas, Bermuda and the Caribbean. Otherwise, yes. Please be aware BA could cite capaacity issue and deny you.

It's complex and nuanced enough that each lounge and even each Dragon(ness) has his/her own interpretations of the rule.

I'm in a similar situation, but my one world status is through Royal Air Maroc. I know I'm eligible by letter of the law to access the BA lounge at JFK T7 or the BA lounge at IAD on domestic only itineraries, but in practice does anyone know if the lounge dragons at BA lounges follow oneworld rules?
(I've always been fine accessing AA flagship lounges and the oneworld lounge at LAX on domestic flights, but never tried BA)

If you are flying F on AS then you can access the AS lounge; still no access to the BA lounge if your status is through AA as you stated earlier.
From as.com:
From as.com:
- Passengers traveling on a paid First Class or a First Class award ticket* on flights operated by Alaska Airlines have access to Alaska Lounge locations only on their day of flight. These fares do not include entrance for family or guests not traveling in First Class. These fares also do not include entrance agreements into other airline clubrooms. To access the Alaska Lounge, passengers must show their same-day First Class boarding pass to the Alaska Lounge Staff. Passengers upgraded to First Class, (booked in U class of service) whether complimentary, paid, or using miles do not have complimentary access to the Alaska Lounge.
