Is this re-routing?
Is changing the order of sectors on a OWE considered re-routing (ie same city pairs but different order)?
My remaining routing on OWE ticket is:
LAX-JFK-LHR-RIX-LHR-DXB-LHR-NRT-HKG-MEL
If I wanted to do the LHR-DXB-LHR sectors before the LHR-RIX-LHR sectors (in effect just change the dates) is this considered a re-routing? To me it is not as I already have the flight coupons in my ticket and it's simply the order in which I use them.
Before calling QF just wanted to sure up my arguement.
Thanks

Well I thought I would give it a shot and called QF (US).
After some confusion on the part of the CSA, she realized all I wanted to do was to change the dates of sectors (she was worried i would move outside the rules - this didnt apply as I would be flying same sectors).
Anyway she happily changed the dates on my sectors so that LHR-DXB-LHR now comes before LHR-RIX-LHR.

That sounds to me like she changed the reservation. You are liable to get a problem if you don't also change the ticket. A good check-in agent will always look for coupons being used out of order. I would be surprised if you can get the ticket reissued with the $75 reissue fee.
