Kind of answered my own question... this is in the star file:
TRAVEL IS ALSO PERMITTED ON QF/SA CODESHARE FLIGHTS JNB-PER-JNB ON SA FLIGHTS 3363/3364.
But the JNB-SYD flight is also good... didn't see that one on the schedule.
