AA & OW routes with lie-flat, direct aisle from NYC?
Does someone have a list of AA & OW international routes from JFK/EWR that has (F or J)
- fully lie flat product
- direct aisle access
I have LHR, NRT, HND, HKG and am trying to fill in the rest.
For instance, AY flies to HEL, but I can't find the specific equipment configuration on that route.
For bonus points, if anyone has a list of the same for US Airways out of PHL or CLT, please post below.
Thanks!

Any American Airlines flight served by a 777 (772 / 777-200ER or 77W/ 777-300ER) currently has three classes of service, has the Flagship Suites with direct aisle access.
Only the 77W has J with every seat with direct aisle access, and because of the relative newness and scarcity of the aircraft, they may be reassigned to different routes; in 2014, all 772s will be reconfigured with no First, all direct aisle J seats much like the 77W.
The 767-300ER could be said to have direct aisle access in the middle seat pairs in J - (D-G seats) as they are only two across and each has direct aisle access, as for J in the transcon 767-200ER (and F in the 767-200ER has two seats, 2 D and 3 D, that have no seat on either side.
AFAIK, for AA, that's pretty much the scene. As to what is bookable, AA is bookable with MileSAAver or AAnytime wards; all other oneworld partners must have MileSAAver awards available; see this thread in the AA Forum for MileSAAver availability issues and tips..
This will now relocate to the oneworld Forum for broader input and exposure, as it is asking about all oneworld airlines.

Right, but when I try to plug in JFK-YVR or JFK-HEL there's no "non stop" drop down, so does that mean it's excluding CX and AY respectively and those flights are not bookable on awards?

Only looking at international routing, but doesn't the 763 have angled seats and not completely lie flat?

BA F does, and you could consider CW to be direct aisle access depending on how you look at it; at least in some rows.

Regardless, looks like the list that people have come up with, as of today and subject to change:
LHR (AA & BA)
LHR (BA via EWR)
YVR (CX)
NRT (AA & JL)
HND (AA)
HKG (CX)
ORL (OpenSkies)
GRU (AA)
EZE (AA)
AB does not offer all-aisle access.
Maybe HEL on AY depending what equipment they use?

Thanks, re AY, I'm on the monthly calendar and there's no dropdown for "non-stop" in the entire calendar sequence, so maybe no J seats available. There are connectors on AY however.

New IB's A330s all have direct aisle access business class and also other long haul aircrafts are being retrofitted.
I don't know if they already fly it to NYC but it's likely they'll do in a short time.
