The 767-300ER could be said to have direct aisle access in the middle seat pairs in J - (D-G seats) as they are only two across and each has direct aisle access, as for J in the transcon 767-200ER (and F in the 767-200ER has two seats, 2 D and 3 D, that have no seat on either side.
Only looking at international routing, but doesn't the 763 have angled seats and not completely lie flat?

Right, but when I try to plug in JFK-YVR or JFK-HEL there's no "non stop" drop down, so does that mean it's excluding CX and AY respectively and those flights are not bookable on awards?
