ticketing RTW on CX - thoughts?

ticketing RTW on CX - thoughts?
HI
I usually try and get my RTWs ticketed on AA so I can access the AA RTW desk for changes etc
Does anyone have experience of ticketing on CX and then having to deal with them for changes/reissues etc
Do they have a specific RTW helpdesk or such?
I am originating JNB and could book online as first fight is JNB -HKG on CX

There is no RTW dedicated desk at CX.
But, I have used several RTW tickets issued by CX.
I always call CX Tokyo reservation/ticketing office for reservation changes and routing changes.
They are efficient and knowledgeable.
There is no handling charge when tickets issued by CX(160-).
I don't know Hong Kong reservation office quality.

I have purchased DONE4s through CX in BKK. Date changes have been efficient and without extra cost. Sometimes the emails requesting changes have been ignored (or just missed), but sending a fax with requested changes has resulted in an outcome within an hour or two.
