There is no RTW dedicated desk at CX.
But, I have used several RTW tickets issued by CX.
I always call CX Tokyo reservation/ticketing office for reservation changes and routing changes.
They are efficient and knowledgeable.
There is no handling charge when tickets issued by CX(160-).
I don't know Hong Kong reservation office quality.
