There are reports the business side is scheduled to open in a few weeks with firstly a soft launch then an official opening a few days later on June 17th.

Qantas to Open New Business Class Lounge on June 17 at LAX
The all new Qantas Business Class Lounge will open on June 17 at Los Angeles International Airport. This lounge will offer a modern preflight space for travelers flying on Oneworld flights. This will also incorporate those of lounge partners Cathay Pacific and British Airways.
Business Class Lounge is just the phase 1 of the LAX lounge project launched by the airline. The second phase is the launch of a First Class Lounge, which is due by the year end. By offering a new standard of opulence for business class passengers, the airline will make the much-necessitated substitute of the cramped Qantas/Oneworld lounge presently existing at the airport. ...
