Couldn't check bags?
Not sure if this was a OW problem, or an IB problem...
Had these flights:
FCO-MAD IB3613 1215-1450 TUE18OCT
MAD-LHR BA0465 1720-1840 TUE18OCT
LHR-DXB BA0109 2140-0730+1 TUE18OCT *stop*
DXB-LHR BA0106 0155-0620 THU20OCT
I'm currently on a DONE3. FCO-MAD-LHR are the end of one coupon of the eticket, LHR-DXB-LHR are on the next. When I checked in this morning at FCO, the agent asked if LHR was my destination. I said, no, DXB is. DXB didn't show on her system until she looked ahead at the next coupon. She then tried to add that sector to the check in process. The boarding passes came out with little trouble. The bag tag however was a different story.
Whenever she tried to add anything more then MAD, the system tossed out "unable". About 20 attempts, several phone calls and 3 or 4 different ways of trying to process it, it kept throwing out "unable". Meanwhile, it's tossed out a boarding pass for DXB-LHR (which she was shocked about given when the flight was). In the end we could only get the bag to MAD and I had to collect it and hand it over to BA myself and she called ahead to get MAD to work out the problem while I was in the air. The agent in MAD had no idea how it could have happened.

Just had another slight issue at SIN. Checking in for SIN-HND-GMP. First flight on JL with QF code. I used the SATS premium checkin to get checked and into the lounge before the JL check in opened. No issues getting access through SATS (a few people were asking about SATS when I was in SIN last year...) though, it appears that whatever IB/BA did to fix the baggage issue above caused a ticket reissue of the remaining Amadeus sectors.
As JL36 was booked as QF4025, that flight was in Amadeus, however since JL doesn't use Amadeus, the connecting flight JL91 wasn't showing up. It took the SATS agent a few phone calls to work out what was going on. Then he adds the flight to GMP as SEL. It printed a bagage tag to SEL via HND, but refused to print a boarding pass. He made another call and was told 'well, use the airport code, not the city code...'. Still couldn't work it out and I was asked to sit on a couch to the side while he made more phone calls and got another agent to help.

Just had a simliar problem again this trip. Again with IB.
Checking in for BCN-MAD-LHR-DXB. All IB codes, BCN-MAD on a different ticket, the others as part of a DONE3.
I got checked in just fine, my bag on the other hand...
The system refused to link the two bookings together for the baggage tag, no matter what the agent tried. It seems to be because the travel agent who booked the extra flights attached a title to my name which isnt part of the name on the DONE3.
They ended up doing it manually, but it seems that every time I check in with IB with a connection through MAD, on the same ticket or not, I get problems with my baggage.

And, they lost my bag.
It made the connection in MAD (across the tickets) and is sitting in LHR. Never got loaded onto BA109. They are sending it on BA107, they then plan to send it on to SIN on SQ for it to catch up to me there. I suggested that they just leave it in London for me to collect tomorrow morning, but they want to send it to DXB anyway.
After leaving baggage services I noticed the timings for BA107. If they put it on todays 107, it turns into BA106 which I'm on early tomorrow morning. I just contacted Denta about simply leaving it on that 747.
