Using NWA Upgrade to First Class Certficate!!!

Using NWA Upgrade to First Class Certficate!!!
How can I check and see are they any first class seat left??? Can I go ahead, and call NWA and tell them I have a upgrade Certificate? And any things else I need to know???

You can use ITN (do a search to find out more) but the best is to call NW and tell them the specific cert you are using.

a. the terms of the upgrade certificate
b. the fare class you paid

If you have a Customer Relations Confirmable Upgrade Certificate from ANY fare cert the Elite line agent can upgrade you if there is "F" class space available.
