I'm guessing that the suitability is in reference to EXIT seats. In other words, a 78 year old 5'2" person being able to select and pay for an exit row that wouldn't otherwise have been given to them...

Non English speaking PAX in exit rows

I hope that this info is correct. This was a failed plan from the get-go

Another failure waiting to happen. Just like Poor-Choice

Only for the exit row seats. I hope you're not insinuating that people with any of those cases cannot fly the non-exit row CoachChoice seats...

It's about time CoachChoice heads for the toilet. Even after having elites exempt from the $25...

For elites, I think it wouldn't be such a burden if they implemented a Red (or I guess in the case of NW's new colors, Silver) carpeting "elite access" system ala Continental. Thus, if you miss elite boarding, you can always cut through the line, instead of being greeted with a massive line extending around the concourse.

I'm confused. CoachChoice exit row seats have the same check-in/rule-acceptance requirements as normal exit row seats... eg: the purchaser has to agree to all the terms, etc.

If someone is buying a CoachChoice exit row seat, and agrees to the conditions while knowing they are not meeting the conditions, this is a pax issue... not a NW FA issue. If someone did this, I'd say move them, and keep their money for their error.
