App problems
Anyone having login problems tonight? I have a pickup scheduled for tonight and was surprised to find my national app account logged out. When trying to log in it gives a "error, please select a payment method".
This despite me having a payment on file and a EE member.

I had an app login problem a couple weeks ago. Was unexpectedly logged out of the National app and it wouldnt let me back in. Didnt come back to it for a few days and it was fine the next time I tried to log in.
And then a few days after that, Enterprise wouldnt accept my National Emerald Club credentials. Same thing tried again a few days later and it was fine.
I usually chalk it up to being 6 hours from the EDT time zone. Not just National, but in general. My normal usage in the evening is actually the middle of the maintenance window. East coast.

It apparently was a widespread issue, as even customer service couldn't modify reservations.
I had to go to the location and let them modify it there. The agent who dealt with me, said she'd seen a lot of people that evening with the same issue.
