App problems
Anyone having login problems tonight? I have a pickup scheduled for tonight and was surprised to find my national app account logged out. When trying to log in it gives a "error, please select a payment method".
This despite me having a payment on file and a EE member. |
Yup, same here. Won't even allow me to reset my password. Their login servers are definitely down. (website and app)

Oh boy. I have a delayed flight and a pickup scheduled in SMF. I only hope I get a vehicle tonight.

I had an app login problem a couple weeks ago. Was unexpectedly logged out of the National app and it wouldn’t let me back in. Didn’t come back to it for a few days and it was fine the next time I tried to log in.
And then a few days after that, Enterprise wouldn’t accept my National Emerald Club credentials. Same thing — tried again a few days later and it was fine. I usually chalk it up to being 6 hours from the EDT time zone. Not just National, but in general. My “normal” usage in the evening is actually the middle of the “maintenance window.” East coast. |
It apparently was a widespread issue, as even customer service couldn't modify reservations.
I had to go to the location and let them modify it there. The agent who dealt with me, said she'd seen a lot of people that evening with the same issue. |
I was having trouble using the National app last night on my Android phone; It crashed a couple seconds after launching.
I wound up using my iPad which loaded fine and allowed me to modify my reservation. |
