Problem with AT&T rewards? Call this lady!

Here's a contact with a great CSR in AT&T's Customer Rewards/Complaint Resolution Dept.: Maureen, 800-901-4343, Ext. 52206.

She fixed my Marriott Rewards problem (including retroactive credit) with no argument and a friendly, professional attitude.

Thanks for posting this.
I miss Starwood Points from AT&T Wireless. Would she handle this also?

Is this for wireless only?
Signed up for ATT LD CO mile promo and still haven't seen my miles. Been 7 weeks.
TIA

FWIW, I signed up for ATT LD CO promo on 1/18, and didn't receive any miles until 4/20 - when a total of 4,000 miles posted (presumably 1k was for online account mgmt signup, which I did on 3/8). I then received 1,000 on 5/19...but on 6/20 only my usage miles posted (not the last 1,000 bonus), so I called Customer Service and they had them posted on 7/10.

6k miles earned in just under 6 months, just as advertised.

I've now switched to Sprint with the UA 10k offer - hopefully it will be just as easy.

***Very Important*** If you have problems with your bonus miles from AT&T it is best to go to the ATT.com website and access the corresponding offer then contact the phone number provided. Otherwise your request may be further delayed by contacting the wrong person or department. It's best to contact the phone number provided on the website or mail piece you may have received. This way you won't get the run around and spend too much time on the phone speaking to representatives who are not able to help you with an issue they do not specialize in.

Except, in the case of the internet service, when there is no live person to talk to, and any live person you reach tells you you've reached the wrong person. I finally gave up, and never received the miles.

It's not worth the hassle--don't even try ATT.
