Which hotel programs allow free transfers of points?

Which hotel programs allow free transfers of points?
I know the following do in some way:
1. SPG if you have the same address.
2. Marriott amongst spouses.
3. Hyatt when you have a resv.

To get the answers most helpful to you, you might want to define what you mean by "transfer" and whether you would include transfer ability from, say, an airline or credit card program to (or from) a hotel program.

Radisson Goldpoints - no charges for member to member transfer. No need to live at the same address or share a surname. I'm surprised that Radisson is not more popular on Coupon Connection etc for this very reason, especially as they have a wide range of airline partners.

I think Radisson's conversion rates to airlines are poor.

Marriott will transfer to any other member. Ignore the word "spouse" on their Website. Same system as Hyatt--transferee must have a res. & be short the # of miles transferred.

HHonors allows spouses, at least, to use each other's points for a specific reservation if you call up and can quote your partner's account number, password, and/or e-mail address. This probably works for anyone sharing the same address.
However, likely it isn't possible to combine points from multiple accounts for one reward night.

I can also move AA miles from my account to another person's Hilton account. This costs $30/transfer.
I agree that I am unaware of any way to combine points in two separate accounts for one award.
