New AA Mastercard offer.

Hi,

Today I received a new offer from AA Master card.

6 months no annual fee.
5000 bonus miles
10000 bonus miles for 10000 miles transferred to this account using balance transfer.

So I can get 15000 miles and cancel the card after 6 months.

Can I transfer the balance from a card which has no balance and pay 10000 $ Citi AA master card in the mean time ?.

So before the balance transfer comes to citi AA Mastercard, 10000 credit is sitting on the card. So I will not pay any intrest and I get still 10000 bonus miles. Will It work ?.

Thanks.

I was able to payoff a transfer on an AMEX card when it was made and avoid interest charges. Please post a link or offer code for the Citibank promotion.

Hi,

There is no link for the offer.

It came in snail mail and I have to fill out pre approved application form.

Thanks.

I got the same offer with the exception that I didn't see anything about the extra 10000 miles. Did you mean to say the bonus is for transfering 10000 *dollars*?

Yes.

10000 $ balance transfer will fetch me 10000 bonus miles. ( No Balance Transfer Fees )

I am planning to initiate balance transfer of 10000 $ and pay 10000 $ in the mean time to get 10000 $ credit on my card.

Once 10000 $ balance transfer hits the credit card, it will make 0 balance, but I will get 10000 miles.

Thanks.

Is there any 10000 mile offer that's not targeted snail mail going on right now?

I got a phone call, at work yet, offering 7,500 miles for CitiBank AA Business Signature MC "because I was such a good customer." $50 annual fee, rather than $75 as I was a "good customer."

Good customer is right. I just signed up for a CitiBank AA Visa for 7,500 miles last month!

Got the card within 3 weeks, and the 10,000 miles after the first bill. Thanks Citi & AA!

They require a ten digit number beginning with some pound signs and zeroes. Otherwise, no bonus.

ajnaro, can you be more specific about what the code looks like? I think I'd like to go ahead and do this offer.

Thanks.

Call the number I posted above and see/hear what happens. They also asked me for a number on the letter. I did not give any numbers.
