I have found the program to be an excellent one, and have always had great support from their customer service dept. My only caviat would be that you do have to follow up on any long-term bonuses, like extra miles at the end of 12 months when you utilize their bill pay system.

You can earn AA miles. See details in the link above, in the AA forum, or at www.bankdirect.com .
