Delta baggage central: robots?
me: "my luggage didn't arrive with me at my destination"
delta: [colonel klink] "we know nothing!" [/colonel klink]
me: "can you give you give me the number for the Delta desk where I made my connection? (CVG)"
delta: "Sir, that's an unpublished number."
me: "you can't give me the number? (incredulous)"
delta: "Sir, unpublished means it's not published."
[snip, due to the fact that we went 'round and 'round]
[called 411 and asked for CVG number]
me: "The woman at the baggage office would not give me this number."
delta@CVG "That's because you have to get it from a human."
me: [long pause]
me: I see.
