so - i'm just curious..how many people have yet to see their goldpoints from their valuemags purchases?

I have received all the GoldPoints except the >$400 purchases. Conversions to AA have slowed way down, and/so I called in to stop automatic conversions...might want to convert some to NW for travel to the Orient or Australia.

I am curious if people have been successful recently in getting the points for the gross value of their purchases (i.e. pre-discount)? If you placed a $100 order with a 10% discount did you get the 45,000 points or 40,500 points?

yes - i got point purchases on the gross.

neither of my transactions have posted from 12/23 or 12/24 nor have i heard back from goldpoints from an email i sent them on 1/18. i'll wait until 1/22 and then call them.

Maybe the key is not an order over $400, but one's largest order.

i'm almost 100% convinced this is not a linkshare problem - this is goldpoints screwing around.

every purchase for everyone seems to have gone through on small orders. the large ones seem to be held up. it has been mentioned in another thread that goldpoints has a monthly limit as to the number of GPs they can convert to FF miles and this is why they are holding the points. it seems to explain the situation, n'est pas?

I received two posting today for points that have absolutely no correlation to my purchases, not at 150/dollar, and not at 450/ dollar.

Same here. And then a few hours later it was yanked out such that the points don't even add up to my balance.

Again, in my case, my points don't correlate to either.

Gross: $260.66 x 450 = 117297
Net (after coupon): $221.56 x 450 = 99702

Miles posted: 111600 /450 = $248

$768 on 12/21 hasn't posted, nor has $178 12/21. They've told me that it might take an extra week -- over the 30 days.

at any rate, i won't have time to deal with this because of my move to australia...this will be dealt with in full by goldpoints before i leave!!

Sunday is the day redemptions are processed. Your balance will reflect the redemption, but it may not show as a line item in your account.

This is my experience also.

And note the following footnote on your Goldpoints account history page:

"*Please note that transactions occurring in the last 24 hours may not be listed yet."
