I'm with wharvey, ozstamps, mrkey on sending in my remnants (mine was at least still dangling like a piece of thread when it came off the carousel).
like dsimon, my address has changed since last summer.

This is the last discussion I recall on luggage tags and their cost. Seemed to wander off into whether a pound of gold was heavier than a pound of feathers.

feel free to start sending me your requests for replacements via email if you bought any in the past that need to be replaced, You don't have to send me anything, we'll do this on the trust basis and hopefully this will work.
Pricing for new ones will be announced in the next few days and i'm sure will be reasonable - i'm aiming for less than a dollar which includes postage and handling (I'd be a very poor capitalist).
I like what we have done with these, i hope you will too - because they will stand out.

Just click on "Store" at the top of the page.
You might want to wait a bit until Randy sets pricing and details on the new tags.

Less than a dollar is a great deal!, but why not sell the luggage tags like the airlines sell seats on their planes?
Sell some for real cheap, say... $.25/ea, then once the allotted amount sels out, charge the next price level of $.60/ea, and so on...
The replacement tags are like cashing in FF miles, but if a rush is needed, a surcharge will be applied. And finally, pay full price of $5.00/ea and have the benefit of exchanging the tags without a penalty, or difference in price.

Bad News......as we pack up for New York and the Freddies, the new luggage tags arrived to go along and we immediatley voted to not take them along. Just about everything that could be wrong was, from the thickness of the tags to the trim size to the quality of the printing. The printer had the exdact sample to replicate and yet screwed up. I'm not paying for these (they even only printed one side not the two sides which the sample clearly calls for) and have instructed them to return everyhting and we have dumped some 1,000 of these tags destined for New York and the Freddies. I want the best for you guys and this wasn't it. If you want to see a dour face, ask Janey of our staff if you see her in New York for her comments......we'll go back into production which shouldn't take but another week or 10 days.....no one is as dissapointed as we are since we had the perfect event for them to start handing out.

Can we get the botched tags in mint uncirculated condition? Collectors item, I'm sure.
And if you need a replacment vendor who'll actually get it right, email me and I'll set you up. Not me, but a vendor I've used many times before for similar items.

Sorry to hear the bad news Randy.
I was going to grab a few for some of the folks not attending, including Rich in Mel.
And I was going to dump, a, I mean unload the extras on the coupon connection.

See you Wednesday at the W.
