I agree with ozstamps wholeheartedly. The postings by DOC and many others on this site, are interesting and informative, which is why I (we all, I would think) come here.
No one forces us to read the postings that have no interest to us, and the information gleaned from In The News and other forums is usually helpful, and interesting. Please keep them coming!!!!

"Oh, not again!"
My thoughts exactly!
Just one of many, perhaps unnecessarily protracted discussions!

BTW- In response to the comment below, I did, admittedly, think of your recent request, Opus17!

I would post cat stories (I have plenty) but being razzed in the past by certain Flyertalkers I figure "what's the point."
I have enough to crash this board. But I won't.
Can we let THIS thread go to bed now please?
Thank you.

Catman, We can't... OZSTAMPS has to open EVERY old thread so he can be the number one poster in the history of the board in only 4 months. Look for more...and more...and more... Heck Doc will have to give up his three hours of sleep (a month) just to keep up!

Cigarman .. have no idea what you rolled into your Cohibas today, but it does not seem to have agreed with your disposition!
I challenge you to "put up or shut up" and post here a list of "EVERY OLD THREAD" I have opened up as you allege? This one is the first I can recall. Your comment is nonsense.
If you cared to READ above, I came across this one as it was highlighted by Randy's staff in the last archived edition of TalkMail that has just re-started.
You seem to have overlooked the fact MUCH more senior residents around here than you or I asked this thread be left alone. I certainly complied. Seeing you have decided to ignore that advice, and take this right to the top, my posting here will have no effect on bringing it forward.
As to the merits or otherwise of your sentiments or general friendliness, I simply will refer others to your current (and ongoing) rants on the CO board, beating up incessantly on a newbie who had a fairly innocent question to ask of regulars like yourself who COULD have assisted that person rather than kicking him/her to death. Endlessly. Please lighten up! The next box of Cohibas might agree with you more.

Cigarman ... I am sure we all have days where things slip out that we in hindsight we did not really mean. Thanks very much for your comments. No hard feelings at all, and I'll be real pleased to shout you a Romeo Y Juliet and a beer when I bump into you at a FT meet!

I went to Cuba a few years ago and bought a few boxes back of that brand for a buddy here. They were retail $A400 a box of 6 here, and were about $25 in the cigar factory in the countryside of Cuba!
