And again, however, regarding IP addresses, and I did not want to post this "in the heat of battle" so to speak, it is actually quite simple to generate a new IP address or "anonymize" oneself each time you log on! Don't ask me any more please - I know nothing!

Doc: A lot of folks hide keys to their house in case they get locked out.

YES, people know how to get through - it is another thing entirely to (A) remind them and (B) facilitate.

Actually the goal is not to deney access to a particular IP address or range of addresses. You just drop a note to the Admin with a sample of the offending material.

The Admin on that end will usually kill the account so that his whole user community will not be banished from the host.

Imagine the implications if one of the trolls has the same ISP as you do....
