airberlin brand rights sold today
After five years of trying, the liquidator finally managed to sell the airberlin brand name portfolio (about 180 brands and 1,000 domain names).
Sundair's Marcos Rossello reportedly paid 120,000 Euros for the package: https://www.aerotelegraph.com/sundai...rke-air-berlin
We'll see what comes out of it. I doubt that AB will be resurrected as a full-service airline trying to compete with LH, though.

If you did register those with the insolvency administrator prior to the April 2018 deadline, (Insolvency claim for miles possible, 0.33 eurocents per mile [edited]) yes, you'll get something at some point.
