Insolvency claim for miles possible, 0.33 eurocents per mile [edited]

There is now possibility to claim cash for your miles
https://topbonus.insolvenz-solution.de/creditor
Everything is in German, but one can easily guess what to enter.

My low amount of 3000 miles got the "offer" of 10.80€

Aus den 3000 Prämienmeilen vom 01.04.2018 ergibt sich die folgende Forderung:
10,80 EUR
Edit: Brain fart in the headline, sorry for that.

I suppose I could try and claim for my 69,000 miles. But I am just wondering if TopBonus manage to pull out of this, they are going to have rather a lot of annoyed customers, So they just might make some sort of gesture to us, a goodwill starting balance of some points in the new programme. We will see.

I went ahead and submitted a claim for my 34,000 miles, and the site offered €123.37. I live in Japan, and (I think) I entered my bank info correctly. We'll see what happens...

Correct, I had a brain fart when doing division in my head and involving Swedish Crownes as well (10 to 1 on the Euro). Thanks, I updated the headline.

Definitely not. Checking has been abolished by European banks. So in a best case scenario, you get a bank transfer :..

It said i got 282 euros for 78400 miles.
How likely is it we will see any of this money? Is it guaranteed or does it depend on the court? I am a bit confused and do not understand this process well.
Thank you for anything you can add to make it clear.

You don't need an "EU" Account. The form also permits you to enter non-IBAN type of account information.

Payment may happen at the earliest at the end of July, but it may also take until the end of 2020!

You have two options, either you take the low amount offer or you take topbonus/Etihad to court.

please take in to consideration that you have to fill the form starting today and you have until the 16 of may 2018

Thanks for the info about the last date to claim, 16th May. I'm not sure we'll see any money in reality in the the end. I had this before with other airlines, and nothing came.

But it would sort of pay me back some of the money I spent on the NIKI CityTourPass a couple of years ago.
