As I stated in my post, I never got my "4th" order and never got a phone call. I decided to try ordering again, this time ordering the smallest amount of belgium francs. I had to do it by phone because the web-site didn't work. The man I spoke asked if I had order 4 and I told him how my 4th had been cancelled. He tried to sell my on Chases'sservices, which I told him I didn't need at this time as my current bank gives me all. Anyway, the order came in. Yes the 500 BEF cost me abouty $1.50 more than if I got that in Belgium, but it was worth 1920 FF Miles (used the Click Card).

www.chase.com

But it is worth reading the threads on TC (travelers checks back in the fall, and the thread on "the Letter from Chase" before you do any ordering.

Yes, do read the horror stories. This was an good, aggresive marketing move gone bad.

I'll add my own story - first order disappeared into the ether, no phone call, no letter, no checks. Hopeless. My second order two weeks later was rejected by the website and so I rang to place the order manually. This time I actually needed the checks so I gave them a bit of a roasting. Checks arrived two days later (almost too late) and didn't post to my credit card for two months ! When it did post the transaction date was the day that I called. Why they don't charge the credit card on the day they ship is beyond me.

If Chase's idea was to spread the word about C2G, then that word is poor service !
