Yes, do read the horror stories. This was an good, aggresive marketing move gone bad.
I'll add my own story - first order disappeared into the ether, no phone call, no letter, no checks. Hopeless. My second order two weeks later was rejected by the website and so I rang to place the order manually. This time I actually needed the checks so I gave them a bit of a roasting. Checks arrived two days later (almost too late) and didn't post to my credit card for two months ! When it did post the transaction date was the day that I called. Why they don't charge the credit card on the day they ship is beyond me.
If Chase's idea was to spread the word about C2G, then that word is poor service !
