I subscribed about 2 days ago and still don't have a charge from WSJ on my Freedom. Did this happen to anyone else?

Here are some more interesting notes:

  • I subscribed to the digital-only version
  • When I log in to WSJ.com and look at my account details, there are no payment methods on file
  • When I click on "Print Receipt" on my WSJ.com account, I get a message that says "This action is reserved for customers with paid subscriptions."
  • I have full access to WSJ.com and the iPhone/iPad apps.

I really don't want to miss out on these 2,000 points. Any suggestions?

The charge finally showed up on my account tonight. The points haven't posted yet, but I'm hoping that will happen in the next few days.

If I recall it was just listed as a wsj sign up bonus. Searched wsj and saw the 2k when I applied

My points have not posted either. Here's a screenshot of the offer that I took last week. Who did you contact to inquire about the points?

Nice screen shot! Thank you. I called the number on the Chase Sapphire card that I used for the purchase.

Thanks for the tip. Hope the screenshot was helpful. Did Chase credit you the missing points?

It's been two weeks since I purchased the WSJ subscription and still haven't had the points post. Thinking about calling or sending a secure message.

I sent a secure message with the above screenshot and my 2,000 points were manually added to my UR balance. Glad I don't have to worry about this anymore.

I plan on having my subscription put on hold while I leave the country and then cancel. Hopefully they won't claw them back anyone cancel yet, I will first week or march.

The periodic free 6 month offers are still the best deal, but as I believe none are active at the moment, this one is quite good:

3 months of WSJ for $1

Use a temporary credit card if you don't want to worry about being rebilled, or just cancel after 3 months.
