I had also answered it for 6 other Aeroplan accounts that I am custodian to. None of them were targeted with the same email, so none of them got the 1000 points. Except one, which had 1000 miles posted on Oct 31st with activity description of "EARNING PROMO MILES". Not sure what that was for. The account has been nearly dormant for 3 years, and the only way I keep activity on it is with Esso fillups or answering surveys. :confused: |

No problem. As of January 16, 2017: the Aeroplan 1000 point "myth" promotion appears to no longer be active. I also suggest earning 250 Aeroplan miles for telling a story. http://blog.aeroplan.com/share-your-travel-story/ It'll extend your dormant account again. |
