Apparently LATAM announced in 2024 that Lifetime status is on its way. I don’t follow that program too closely so I missed it:
15 years or more of Black or Black Signature status since the year 2000 grants Lifetime Black*
20 years or more of Platinum or higher membership since 2000 will get you Lifetime Platinum*
*Platinum is mid-tier status (think OWS or *G) and Black is the second highest tier.
The status years do not need to be consecutive. The LATAM Pass site also gives you a table showing what status from LAN and TAM’s respective programs before the merger would map over to LATAM Pass tiers.
Interestingly, the English version of the site fails to mention Plat status counting towards the 20yr requirement while the Spanish version does.

My understanding is that it applies to all customers
https://www.ana.co.jp/ja/jp/amc/premium/sfc/update2026/
If you hit Platinum or Diamond status and are a Japan resident you can apply for the Super Flyers Card (credit card with annual membership fee)
Then, you have to spend 3M JPY per year to keep SFC Plus (*A Gold with lounge), otherwise you drop to SFC Lite (*A Silver without lounge)
However, if you have 1M ANA lifetime miles, you are eligible for SFC Plus without a minimum spend on the credit card.

No, there isn't really. If you are going to go for *A, you might as well go for United as they have the most available seat miles and you can also give a companion lifetime *A Gold

There are even some Japanese ANA fliers changed to pursing CA *V due to the sudden change in the requirements.

I would've expected the spend threshold to be higher than 3M JPY..
