If I get a match to Cathay Pacific Marco Polo Club Silver, will I get access to other oneworld lounges besides CX ones? Thanks.

No as it is Oneworld Ruby. Only Oneworld Sapphire/Emerald get OW wide access.

MPC Silver is OW Ruby, so you will not get access to other OneWorld lounges besides a business/first class ticket.

They do on a case to case basis. But dont hold your breath. For a TK Gold you will get Ruby and that has almost no benefits (definitely no lounge). So may not be worth it.

What are the current Star Alliance Members that will match BA Gold (OneWorld Emerald) to Star Allliance Gold?

I believe TK is mentioned, and UA offers a challenge. Anything outside these 2?

TK Gold is your best bet and does not require a challenge. Easy win.

Actually is that my only choice? lol.
So many airlines in Star Alliance, and I can only see TK offering a match. I wonder if there are lesser known airlines that offer matches that I am not aware of.

Has anybody had luck recently matching StarAlliance Gold (TK, SAS, Aegean) to same tier in oneWorld or SkyTeam?
