just a side note, the last time i had the AAdvantage cards was 2009..I believe i got them (both personal Amex + Visa) in 11 or 12 of 2009...so I should be good to go..
HOWEVER (not sure this makes a difference) ...I did get the *CITIBANK* ThankYou cards in July...but they are NOT the AAdvantage cards...so I should be okay..yeah?

Do I have a good chance of getting approved for the 75K offers if I apply for the Citi AA personal Visa and Amex cards within the next few weeks...or do I need to wait at least 7 more months?

Are the chase ink biz 50k and the citi thank you 50k targeted offers? If not, can you please share the links. I'm looking for a similar credit card roundup, but looking forward to the new united mileage explorer card.

Instead of AA Visa and AA Business Visa, I'd go for the AA Visa with the AA Amex for this round. Since both are personal cards, once you get one (without concurrently getting the other) you can't get the bonus until (people are reporting) 18 months after application on another personal card. .
The 18month rule is the bare minimum as only sometimes people can get the AA cards again, but the more realistic time is 22-24months. I applied for AA at 20 months and got the "denied" for not being a new member. I took another chance and applied again at 24months and got the AA personal cards. So, AA cards are churnable but must wait about 2 yrs to happen.
Never did any for Chase cards so Not sure if the 1st timer rule is written in stone for Chase cards or if they are churnable after a long waiting period. Perhaps someone can clarify how long I have to wait to churn Chase cards again as I'll mark that on my calender.

My CO churn was 15 months, but then I'm not quite sure that we would call it a churn as I changed a lot of data along with new FF#, and different bonus amounts. So they may not have caught it (thus not being a churn in Chase's eyes).

What is the best way to use the thank you points? I don't see anything of worth except for maybe the gift cards.

Don't forget the Chase CO Biz card (as well as personal card). They disappear very soon. I had the personal so this month I got the biz card- 25K on first spend, no first year fee.
You have to think far ahead on churns.
Most of the other ones will still be there in the future. Last chance for CO.

App-O-Rama, what do you think?
In a similar situation and looking to do an app-o-rama as soon as my 65 days clears and I can get the AA/Visa Biz card.
Here is what I already have:
Citi AA/Visa Personal- 75k on 7/29
BOA Alaska Airlines Visa- 40k on 8/2
Chase Sapphire Preferred- 50k on 8/3
AmEx Premier Gold- 75k (still fighting for the extra 60k) on 8/21
Barclays USAir Mastercard- 40k on 9/25
Barclays USAir Biz MC- 25k on 9/25 (still waiting approval)
The USAir Biz was probably a mistake but I hoped applied for that and the personal at the same time would be one pull (still seeing if that will be the case). Also, I got screwed out of the Citi AA/Amex personal (long story).
Here is what I'm hoping to include in the app-o-rama:
Citi/AA Visa Biz- 75k
Chase Ink Bold Biz- 50k
Virgin Atlantic- 50k
BOA Hawaiian- 35k
Hawaiian- 35k
United Explorer- 40k
Looking for some advice, as I'm not really sold on any of the cards completely other than the AA Visa Biz and the Chase Ink Bold Biz but there doesn't seem to be too many major offers out there. The Virgin Atlantic, the BOA Hawaiian, and the Hawaiian all have no annual fees, which is a little annoying, and I'm not sure when I'd use any of those miles (although it is nice to have a stash). I was hoping to include the United Explorer when it was 60k for everyone, but that seems to be on hold for now, right?
Am I missing any good cards? Should I wait on some better offers? And if better offers come, what is the usual wait time between app-o-ramas, 90 days? I don't want to get these and screw myself out of some that come later, although the big offers that were hanging around last year seem to be gone.
Thanks.
