So I haven't found this elsewhere, but has anyone else had issue with points.com and Priority Club? Specifically:

Currently, we're unable to display IHG Priority Club balances or complete transactions with this program. We're working hard behind the scenes to fix the issue and we'll be sure to update you once it's resolved. We are very sorry for the inconvenience
I've got this for roughly the last week or so, but as I'm naturally skeptical about these sorts of things, is there more info out there that I may have missed? Or is it actually just a hiccup and not something more sinister?

How do I change the email on points.com?

I recently changed email ID's and need to change it on points.com as well.

However when I click on profile - communication I do not see a way to edit my email ID.

I wanted to do this a while ago and I emailed points.com to ask how.
Answer was:

Thank you for contacting Points.com.
We can help you with this by phone, please call us on our Customer Support line at 1-866-737-9904 and one of our representatives will gladly assist you with your account. We're available from Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

However I never got around to doing it.

Why do companies make things like this. What could possibly be the need to call in? Calling is one of my pet peeves.

Are we sure they don't have a patent or something?

Probably not a patent; most likely some contract that grants them exclusivity with the different providers.

I've had the Priority Club no exchanges message for about two weeks now as well. Hopefully they fix it before I hit the mandatory cash out point for Best Buy Rewards Zone from that program's daily poll because I was planning on that exchange being there.

Just checked this morning and the error message for Priority Club is gone from points.com. Now it seems you just can't exchange at all.

My mom cannot seem to register her AA account. The error message is always along the lines of 'we cannot communicate with AA at this time' . Anyone have this problem?

Isn't it because of the error exchange rate with amtrak?

Priority Club seems to be back as an exchange option. It just let me move my Best Buy points over there. (still roughly 2 BB points to 1 PC point rate.)
