So I haven't found this elsewhere, but has anyone else had issue with points.com and Priority Club? Specifically:
I've got this for roughly the last week or so, but as I'm naturally skeptical about these sorts of things, is there more info out there that I may have missed? Or is it actually just a hiccup and not something more sinister?
Currently, we're unable to display IHG Priority Club balances or complete transactions with this program. We're working hard behind the scenes to fix the issue and we'll be sure to update you once it's resolved. We are very sorry for the inconvenience

How do I change the email on points.com?
I recently changed email ID's and need to change it on points.com as well.
However when I click on profile - communication I do not see a way to edit my email ID.

I wanted to do this a while ago and I emailed points.com to ask how.
Answer was:
Thank you for contacting Points.com.
We can help you with this by phone, please call us on our Customer Support line at 1-866-737-9904 and one of our representatives will gladly assist you with your account. We're available from Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
However I never got around to doing it.

I've had the Priority Club no exchanges message for about two weeks now as well. Hopefully they fix it before I hit the mandatory cash out point for Best Buy Rewards Zone from that program's daily poll because I was planning on that exchange being there.

Priority Club seems to be back as an exchange option. It just let me move my Best Buy points over there. (still roughly 2 BB points to 1 PC point rate.)
