It absolutely prices out. Lots of dates do.

Also try to create stopover(s) in IST and sometimes it will give you such low fares.

This is indeed the lowest I've seen, last 2 years I'm only seeing around $1700 - $2000. Unfortunately no deals to Canada.

For those based in US (especially ORD), book a cheap HU ORD-CTU (sales comes up frequently) and have this deal nested inside to create 2 trips.

Google flights points to Turkish airlines website to book, and that seems to not work for any of these itineraries.
How do you book this?

Search direct on the tk site, click on matrix view, and go back and forth until you find a 1400 pair of flights. It takes time but it's definitely possible.

I saw deal and availability to both YUL/YYZ for c. 1850-2000 USD.

How do you find these fares on google?

I am trying to get MNL-BHX (leaving mid May, returning early July) with a stoppover in IST on the outbound. I only really know how to use the multi-city function on the TK search. Is this how you guys are doing it or is there a cheat sheet?

Thanks!

I booked directly from TK website today, from MNL to IAD for 1390$. Google doesn’t show the fare correctly so I do a bit manual matrix fare table with TK. Super easy to locate the fare. It showed 1435$ at the beginning, but down to 1390$ at the time of payment, not sure why but I’m happy just to take if.
The fare is available to travel during Summer as well

Tempting, and fits my travel plans. But the last 2 flights on TK were so hot and uncomfortable - I am afraid to spend even this relatively modest sum.

brutal stopovers at 8-9 hours both the outbound and return leg.

Are people going out for a walkabout or mostly doing stopovers.

Ever since the move to the new airport, 9 hours is required for a hotel to be provided.

Sleeping rooms in the lounge are available for connections under 9. Based on availability.
