Original premium fare deal was for QR J class travel, originating in Vietnam (SGN and HAN) to several destinations across the Americas, Europe, and Africa. Travel period 8/2017 - 3/2018 inclusive, RT fares in the USD 500 - 700 range (USD $0.05 base fare).
Reports have now been circulating that all held, non-purchased fares have been canceled by the airline. Some held and then purchased fares were also canceled, but several reports indicate at least some of those have been re-instated.

Besides AA, what's the best program to credit these to? It seems that BA no longer awards miles on R fares.

Thanks OP this is amazing. Doesn't look like LAX is in on this.
Note that you can split the outbound and return by 3 months. So you can turn this into two separate trips and bookend it. eg:
January: Use miles to get to SGN
January: SGN-DOH-HOU to fly home
April: HOU-DOH (skip the DOH-SGN leg and get a separate ticket somewhere else)

Weird that the fare breakdown is $0 for the actual fare, then the rest are various fees and surcharges. When booking on the QR site it shows as a Golden Ticket, seems to be six seats allocated on each flight between SGN-DOH-SGN. Obviously there's not much demand for J paid between those cities so QR is flying planes with empty front cabins...this is an incentive to put people into those seats.

Fare also works starting in Hanoi. When you do that you gain an automatic stop in BKK in both directions. I wonder if it's possible to just jump off in BKK and not take the last leg (of course assuming carry on luggage only)
