Just got LAX-JFK-SFO-PDX-SFO-BOS-LAX Feb 21-23 for $136 all-in. crazy 0.53 cpm w/AS MP75k

YIKES! I was wondering how I was going to handle PDX-SFO-FLL-LAX-JFK-SFO-PDX in Y over two days.....that is a CRAZY mileage run....are you going to be able to walk after that?? Any shower options along the way? I saw there was a Priority Pass lounge at JFK (same terminal as VX) but it doesn't look like there are showers :(

I better invest in some. I guess since they don't use a cart I can probably get up more. I'm sticking with aisle for the long flights and will do some window seating on the shorter ones

Oh even more crazy. I had booked another run earlier that I thought gave me a 2 day break but i guess it's only one. Since I have to use 25K miles to position I figured fit in as many as possible so i can actually earn RDM and not just EQM (after accounting for the positioning awards)

Showers? I thought maybe I'd skip those so that no one will want to sit near me :) Some of these have some fairly long layovers in LAX that i can probably just get a day room to shower and rest since i don't sleep well on planes. I go go 2 days with only 1 shower since ill just be sitting around.

Oh and I hope AS takes over for Virgin IT because it totally sucks. now I cant even get into the guest portion of the app on my phone. Oh well a lot can happen between now and October.

I'm trying to see if I can access the TB Admirals Club in BOS now with AS Boardroom flying on VX. Doesn't look like OO Emerald w/ help me either.
Not that there is a shower, because I doubt there is one ...

Wow. When I first posted this deal I never imagined someone would build that kind of itinerary. My hat is off to you!

The BOS B30 AC does have showers.

The problem with BOS is VX shares a crappy section of Terminal C (just a few gates) NO precheck and you have to leave security even to get food. You can read about it here (VX moved in with AS before the merger was announced)

Some of us are a little crazy :D Good news is these were cheap enough i can just not get back on the plane and just throw away a run if its too exhausting. May just drop some AS miles LAX-PDX before the second half of each run and cancel those if i decide to keep going. You know in case i get sick and miss my LAX- JFK flights ;) That way i don't sacrifice too much of a run. The nice part about MVPG is speculative award bookings.

Thanks everyone! Booked PDX-SFO-FLL-LAX-JFK-SFO-PDX 10/3-4. Almost booked -JFK-LAS-SFO-PDX for $5 more until I noticed it was the same flight number. Maybe if I go back for a second helping, put some more routes on Flight Memory...

Wow, what a fare out of PDX. I really wish I had time to take advantage of this! I could handle it with a hotel/overnight after arriving in LAX, but trying to do the whole thing without a break...hats off to you all!

Two reports at the end of that thread that the BOS C mini gates now have full PreCheck, and not just the Expedited/PreCheck lite.

I like this but I would want to end up in sfo and not move not pdx. How would that work out? Tried to use google flights but no luck. I know if I chose not to continue to pdx I am in violation of their rules and won't earn any miles 😒

Worst case I could fly out earlier in the week and spend a day or two in Portland then fly down to sfo Thursday.
