There are many good fares to China (PEK or PVG). If you have a Chinese visa, these options will be provided.

If your requested PQM is in a few thousand, please give a more accurate amount. You will get fewer options with a roundup number (eg, 5000 instead of 4830; IAD-SFO nonstop will work for the latter.)

I think so. It's not like a 0.02/mile deal but to fly all the way to SIN and for that is amazing. LAX-SIN is just under $400 and that's a deal.

Need 50K UA PQM by EOY

Hi team - FT Newbie here - didn't have as much work travel, need to get 50K Mileage Plus PQMs by end of year to maintain my 1K. Can travel anytime in Nov or Dec - Asia/business class preferred. Any suggestions?

Available Travel Dates: Preferably on a weekend but Mondays/Fridays are easy enough too. Could do this in two or three trips if need be.

I've mapped out some options but hitting the PQD requirement with minimum excess spend/number of trips has been the thing tripping me up so far. Thanks for your help!

Fly First class with 2xdistance PQM. There are a lot of Caribbean destinations such as SJU POS, and ARUBA that will net you enough PQM. I have trouble to meet the $1055 PQD requirement, however. Unfortunately, the information is 4 weeks old, and therefore out-of-date. You're very lucky, it looks like it went up only $50 or so.

Use the provided Google Flights link and check other dates....it looks like it's possible.

That's pretty much the most expensive time to fly, along with 5k starting mid-continent. $200 is an unrealistic budget. (I might be able to find you something at $1200).

In a previous request, you said you were in PIT...so why don't you do PIT-SFO-X on some other weekend? That should be possible closer to $300.

Help needed to maintain Gold Star Alliance

I am a UA Gold premier card holder and need 13,000 more miles by Dec 31st to keep my status. I plan to visit the USA in Dec and return in Jan--therefore getting 5,000 approx for one way in Dec, leaving 8000 more miles needed by Dec 31st. Any suggestions???
