It's a good deal and someone may have pressed something wrong with their fat fingers. Incidentally QR does sometimes have some very low business class fares. In the past I've had 400£ rtn jnb-cmb which wasn't an error fare, and seen much lower with nbo-cmb. Factoring currency drops, as happened with Russia 6 months back, there were fares then DME-SGN for very low prices and as far as I know QR honoured these. I can't imagine there's much business from Algiers... but yeah just trying to put a positive slant on it for you guys. Good luck!

Honestly, I think it will be a cold day in hell when QR honors deals like these Nonetheless, booked it for Jan 29 - Feb 7, 2017 just for sh$ts and giggles. Never know when that may happen ;-)

Fares from Russia are filed in EUR and that SGN sale was officially advertised.

Thanks to the OP for this good fare (although I agree it might just get cancelled). From your experience, when do you think cancellations should happen? When are we supposedly "safe"?

In my experience cancellations tend to be between day 3 and day 7. In some cases such as BA or Ebookers, the cancellations have happened when you login to your booking to find something has been updated. The emails explaining in my experience came weeks later.

I've never had cancellations with QR.

Thanks for the quick answer - sounds fairly optimistic we'll see. Ticketed and confirmed for now.

The OTA will cancel it, Opodo and eDreams are part of the same company.

Is this is gone now and not available for any dates ??
Have had a few searches and can't find.
If anyone knows of working dates I'll book on the very, very, very remote chance it gets honoured.
Just as a tier point run :-)

Showing still available here:

Would love to know how most of you are planning to use a trip from Algiers to Fuzhou... getting to either location seems to pretty much negate the deal, and I can't believe most of you are starting out in either location...

LOL. Indeed.
Enjoy the excitement of booking because that's as close as anyone will get to flying on this fare.

This may not be the fare for this to happen, but I think Qatar may fat finger a decent social media experiment one of these days. Being 5 star and well Qatar. I wouldn't just auto pass QF new 787. But Dang nabbit FOC has no transit visa and sketchy reports of ALG transit without visa. This is a hard fly agreed.
