AA: Searching for 11,000 miles
Hi all! - This is my first post! New to mileage runs, because I've been traveling for business, but now I have switched jobs... meaning no more business trips. I need another 11,000 miles by Dec 7th to keep my Platinum.
I'm based in the DC area, so DCA, IAD, or BWI works. I've been looking through the forums and I haven't seen anything specific recently, so any suggestions would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

DCA-PHL-SFO works for a same day turn on Saturday, November 14, for $298. Over 3,000 miles each with with mileage minimums DCA-PHL.
There's also some DCA-LAX routes out there for $256, and I see a routing on Nov 7 via JFK that would bring in 2,975 miles one way at a higher price.
Match up two of those and you should have over 11,000 miles. Plenty of sample itineraries on google flight explorer to play with.

Welcome to FT hhtravel. You can position out to LAX and do LAX-BAH-WAS. Last I checked there are still some good BAH MR's floating around.
