Nonsense. I know this is hard to believe, but this is NOT a mistake fare. DL is well aware of what it's doing here.

And you can still go to Delta.com and book away at the sub $600 price from just about anywhere.

Anyways, the fare isn't gone. I just priced it out again. It's still $579. Don't mistake the fare being sold out for a particular route with the fare being gone. You know that planes don't have an infinite number of seats right?
DL is lurking constantly. The moment someone mentions where the fare calculation goes awry (like you did with the $170 per direction tax), DL will act immediately to fix the mistake.

I vote for blocking requests from IP 65.124.174.75 to Flyertalk.com

If they're lurking, then they know from post #1 that the fare is out there and what's causing it, long before a FT'er identifies what's causing it.

So it said that if I used my Skymiles CC I would get double miles. I also signed up for the double miles promotion. Does that mean I will get 4X miles?

I think this one is gone, Still shows 580, but when you put your CC in it says sorry, fare has changed to 1100.

I stand corrected. It keeps repricing out of SFO, but I booked OAK-SLC-LAX-HND outbound, and HND-LAX-SFO return for 591, AI, so the deal is not dead.

Dates are 6/17 outbound, 6/20 return

I think that's only because one of your connecting flights is sold out in T class. People reported that happening even last night. Try a different date or route.

I may be wrong but I believe the double miles for your Skymiles CC is double the fare price i.e. if you paid $590 for the flight, you'll get 1180 miles.

There is also a targeted promo for double miles for silver and gold after flying six qualifying segments between 4/1 and 5/31. Tha tmay be the promo the poster is talking about.

Great way to advance almost a half tier without having to miss anytime away from the office.
