From the NW website, looks like you can earn full EQM, correct?

Doubt it. It's CO-operated, and probably maps to a low fare class. I'd guess you're gettnig full miles and Elite bonuses, but prolly 50% EQM for NW.

The fare rules state a booking code of Q, which should earn 100% EQM (and full segments) on both CO and NW.

Do you think this would change as it is on CO metal?
