However, TK flights are booked into W bucket and CX flights are booked into V bucket. So no miles with MileagePlus and no miles with AAdvantage.
Stopovers are allowed only in IST, not HKG, and cost 30 EUR each.

Ryanair regularly have cheaper offers. They had a 60c Dub-Cph return fare in February.
Today they have a €10 Sxb-Stn, €9 Szz-Ryg, €9 Wmi-Ryg, all return
